Q1: What's your MOQ for these products?
Usually, 500pcs per design, but small trial orders are also welcome.
Q2: What is the standard delivery time?
About 45 working days in our normal season, and about 70 working days during peak season.
Q3: Can we use our own brand name and designs?
Yes, we welcome OEM/ODM projects. We can use your brand with the appropriate molds and sign a Confidentiality Agreement for your custom designs.
Q4: How do you handle quality control?
We have a dedicated Quality Supervisor for each production line; all products undergo full inspection to ensure high quality.
Q5: What are the available packaging options?
Standard packing is polyfoam with a brown box. We can also provide white boxes, color boxes, or display boxes upon request.
Q6: What are your standard payment terms?
A 30% deposit is required, with the 70% balance due after receiving a copy of the B/L.
