Generally, we pack our goods in two carton boxes. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization.
Q2. What are your terms of payment?
We accept T/T 30% as a deposit and 70% before delivery, or L/C. We will provide photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What are your terms of delivery?
Our standard delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU.
Q4. How long is the delivery time?
Generally, it takes 5-10 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Typically, a 20' container takes about 30 days.

Yes, all our products are customizable and can be produced based on your specific samples or requirements.
Q6. Do you test goods before delivery?
Yes, we conduct a 100% test on all our goods before they are dispatched to ensure quality.
