1. Can we place OEM or Custom orders?
Yes, we welcome OEM and Custom orders. We can produce items with your brand/logo, or follow your specific design and tech packs to meet target prices and fashion trends.
2. How can I obtain a price list?
Simply send us your requirements and specify the products you are interested in. We will reply with detailed pricing within 24 hours.
3. What are your sample terms and charges?
Simple glass samples take about 3 days. Printed packaging items take 7-14 working days. Samples are usually free (express cost collect), though OEM items may require a refundable cost upon ordering.
4. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the item. Generally, it is 1000 units for normal glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. Items with special decorations like lids or metal tags may have higher requirements.
5. What are the accepted payment terms?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with a 30% deposit and balance against B/L copy. For orders over US$20,000, 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight is also available.
6. Which shipment methods do you use?
Bulk orders are usually shipped by sea. For small volumes or urgent conditions, airway shipment is utilized.
